他在UK和EEA提供服务（略有区别）

提供Visa支付卡（实体卡和虚拟卡），其中虚拟卡最多开立6张，可添加到Applepay 和 Googlepay
实测英国区暂不支持加密货币出入金，德国区支持。

Altery Ltd is an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom.It specializes in international multi-currency transfers and payments.
Provide services in the UK and EEA (slightly different)
Provide GBP, EUR and USD accounts. Supports international remittances to multiple countries (Nigeria, Turkey, India, Philippines, etc.)
